Israel shall be Prominent in
Messiah’s Kingdom Headquarters

Immediately following these times of Gentile power would come the time predicted in Scripture when Jesus Himself will take His position as King, and rule and reign on Earth for 1,000 years (Zec.14:9, Rev.20:1-6). He will rule with peace, righteousness, and justice! He will reign from Mount Zion, which is located in Jerusalem (Mic.4:6).

Zechariah 14:11 And men shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more utter destruction; but Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited. (KJV)  
The curse on the Earth that was introduced at the fall of Adam and Eve in Genesis 3 will be removed. Among other blessings, the Earth will not need hard work to make the Earth yield fruit and flowers. It shall be as the original Garden of Eden, before the fall of Adam and Eve. I do not think any of us can begin to imagine the beauty!

Also describing this time, both Isaiah and Micah tell us that the nations will send ambassadors to Jerusalem to seek the favor and wisdom of the LORD.
Isaiah 2:3 And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. (KJV)  
Micah 4:2 And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. (KJV)  

What a change from the present-day political world this will be! Today the world is demanding that the LORD stay out of government, stay out of our schools and out of public places. But, in that day, according to these prophets, the world will lovingly and willingly embrace the LORD at all levels and seek to be taught by Him.
There will be NO outcry of separation of church and state that is heard in the majority of today’s world. Jerusalem will be the religious and political capital of the entire world. Jesus will be present there to preside over ALL politics and religion. Jerusalem will finally become what has long been in the Mind of the LORD and His prophets. One of those prophets tell us: Isaiah 62:7 And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth. (KJV)  

Israel will FINALLY become what she was called out and separated to do in the beginning . . . be the world’s teacher in what it means to know the LORD and His righteousness. After so many centuries of enduring the world’s hatred and disrespect, many people long to see Israel rise to this glorious time of respect and admiration from around the world. Israel’s Messiah, Jesus, will lead the world into the greatest time of peace and righteousness ever known on Earth.
Zechariah 8:22-23 Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD. 23 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you. (KJV)

When the LORD God comes to us with His amazing grace and mercy, we must meet Him with great joy and gratitude! We must be faithful and honest in all our dealings; and it should be a pleasure for us to do so. We must strive to live peaceably with all men (Rom.12:16-18), and let the Truths of God rule in our hearts and heads. It is good, and a blessing to be with those who have God with them. And IF we take God for our God, then we must take His people for our people. We should be examples of Christ, so that others may want to go with us, and to have their portion with us in the eternal realm of Heaven.

Closing Remarks

The stage is being set for the return of Christ Jesus, the Messiah. A pre-requisite for His Return is for the nation of Israel to be re-established back to their homeland. This is a signal that Jesus is returning soon! When He returns, Israel will then lead the world in the greatest revival of repentance the world has ever known. Zechariah 8 declares Israel will become the most respected and revered nation the world has ever known with her Messiah as King over all the Earth.
We are told in Scripture: Psalm 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. (KJV)  
In doing so, we should understand that we are actually praying for the time when Christ Jesus will come and establish Jerusalem as the capital of the world, and He will then rule from there over the whole earth (Zec.14:9).

The curse that was placed on the Earth at the fall of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden will be removed (Zec.14:11). The Earth at that time will be flooded, not with water . . . but with love, peace, righteousness and justice. The Bible has promised: Isaiah 11:9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. (KJV)  
This is what the world is looking for!

A big question that remains is not so much is Israel ready, but are you ready? You can know by the words found in: Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. (KJV)  

Are you ready for Jesus to come? He could come at any time!
Revelation 22:20 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. (KJV)
